On Oct. 8th, Mr. Lim You Rang, Director of Education Malaysia, Beijing, visited NUC on invitation. Dr. XIONG Jijun, NUC Vice President met with the Malaysian delegation. Dr. XIONG hopes says that NUC hopes to establish stable cooperative relationship with Malaysian government and universities, improving students humanistic quality by their exchange, stimulating innovation thought by multi-cultural clash, and to strengthen the internationalization of faculty, raising NUC international development level. Mr. Rang speaks highly of the close cooperation between China and Malaysia in fields of politics, economy and trade, and education, and has full confidence in prospects of the cooperation and exchange of higher education. After the meeting, a speech on Malaysian education and government scholarship programs is given to NUC students.
