The International Office is responsible for affairs related to international exchange and cooperation, including:

1.Propagandize and implement China's foreign policy, laws, and regulations, and make internal rules concerning international affairs.

2.Draft NUC international development planning and annual working plan.

3.Develop and maintain cooperative relationship with overseas education and research institutions, governments and international organizations.

4.Manage inter-institutional exchange plans and take part in project negotiating, agreement drafting, project tracking and service on behalf of NUC,

5.Provide colleges and schools with consulting service in teaching, research and academic exchange.

6.Scheme importance foreign affairs.

7.Employ and retain foreign experts/teachers to work at NUC. Confer honorary academic titles to distinguished professionals.

8.Process applications for going abroad and examine the expenditure on abroad business.

9.Manage international programs of academic conference, cross-border education, and joint institutions, etc.

10.Admit and administrate international students.

11. Accomplish tasks concerning international affairs requested or assigned by departments and/or agencies of upper administrative authorities.
