The discipline of National Traditional Sports at NUC is authorized by Ministry of Education to offer Bachelor Degree and Master Degree programs.
Department of Sports is equipped with a stadium covering an area of 100,000 square meters, a 400-meter international standard rubber track and football ground with lawns; a 200-meter track and football ground; a 10000-square-meter volleyball court, a badminton court, a Ping-Pong court, a body-building gymnasium, a physique room, a boxing room, a Taekwondo room, a sports dancing room as well as multimedia classrooms, and an experiment center.
Of the faculty members in Department of Sports, there is 1 Level Seven Wushu practitioner; 2 Level Five Wushu practitioners; 1 Level Four Taekwondo practitioner; 1 Master Athlete; and 1 First Grade Taekwondo athlete.
